Election 2006 Predictions
GOP Wipeout?
Well, I have been busy for the last 10 days pouring over 100s of polls and election data. Notwithstanding chubby Chrissy Matthew’s prediction of a ‘Wipeout’ for the GOP, I don’t think the GOP will fare nearly as badly as Chrissy – and most political analysts – expect.
Here is my prediction for the US Senate and US House of Representatives:Senate: GOP 53, Dem 45, Ind 2
House: GOP 222, Dem 210
Admittedly, my predictions have a margin for error ranging between of -25% and +10%! ;-)

Yes, it was a GOP wipeout! Hahaha!
I wasn’t only wrong, but I was remarkably wrong, off by over 10%! Congratulations to all of the election day winners, and three cheers for the new House and Senate!
The American people have spoken in a clear and unambiguous way! Let’s see how much the new Congress listens to them!
Oh, I don’t think the public needs to waste its breath. Unlike those hate-filled Republicans, the Democrats already really know what’s best for the people. Our troubles are over!!
