Laying the smack down

The great free market economist Milton Friedman listens to Phil Donahue’s liberal lines and then unapologetically sets him straight with an adult, grown up world view.  It’s hard to argue with Mr. Friedman -- he’s clearly right, after all.

Hat Tip to The Mark Levin Show, for broadcasting this audio on February 5, 2009.

Wow! The hot Fist of Truth wallops the sunken chin of liberal delusion! Or at least, it should have: you just know while Friedman was talking, Phil, a true liberal, was feeling nothing but pity for that poor, “deluded” old man.

And, may I say, Blago got’s nothing on Phil when it comes to hairstyles! All that top growth explains a lot about liberals: that mass of hair must provide tremendous insulation, making Democrats’ brains overheat, causing them to hold wildly delusional beliefs!

Excellent diagnosis on well-coiffed progressive gentlemen!

I will say this – at least Donahue has the dignity to let his guest speak. A snarky David Letterman would have opened his big mouth. Little John Stewart at his Daily Show would have interrupted several times with unfunny asides, and the morons in his peanut gallery would have hooted and hollered. As bad as Donahue was/is, he’s still better than those peddling ‘talk tv’ these days.

Oh, this was such a good reply!! Bravo! I notice Donahue had no answers for these very good questions. GREAT post, Vinnie!

Donahue was slammed and stupefied. Lost in his special fantasy world of liberal illusion.
