Anyone who has held the position of a Senator for thrity years, I think thirty or more, and he doesn't take the time to learn to speak properly or learn what he is supposed to speak? Fact is he can't or he would! He needs to get out of the biz but the pay is far too good for doing notta but screwing up then laughing about it later!
