    Whoa! Who knew the late great Phil Hartman could speak Negro dialect . . . when he wanted to! And he’s light-skinned! Man coulda been president!

    Gotta admit, though – with a young Khandi Alexander in that clip, I had to watch it three or four times before I heard a single word Phil said! Right On, V.V.!
