The author of Condi vs Hillary may not be very prescient in that case, but her didn’t disappoint last night – he called this debate perfectly, noting Governor Palin’s strong showing in the debate and proclaimed her the winner.
But he really knocked it out of the park when the slow witted Alan Colmes tried to rely on some oddly disjointed talking points. Morris called him on it, and Colmes didn’t know what to say.

I saw this last night. He really clobbered Alan.
Alan Colmes doesn’t take adversity well. Well, that and his response time is comparable to an 80 year old stroke victim!
I remember Alan Colmes from the days when he was on the radio after midnight, doing “Dial-a-Date” with drunken men and women. It’s been downhill ever since!
A paycheck is a paycheck! Clearly, he will do anything for a paycheck these days!

Oh, indeed I did hear Morris call Palin “Superstah!” I laughed hugely! Morris stole your name for her but he is forgiven this time because he was right on!!!
I saw/heard Morris lay it on Colmes hard and heavy last night too; Colmes was truly taken aback and I loved it. Morris has had it up to the ears with Colmes interrupting him every time they ask him on their program and I can’t fault him for that! I forgave Morris his ‘toe’ thing ;-) for brief moments.
Karl Rove royally chastised Colmes recently as well.
I didn’t know about Colmes and his “Dial-a-Date” radio show until now; I strongly urge him to get back to his roots; his real calling awaits!
I have it on good authority from an acquaintance at the Fox Network that when the Hannity & Colmes show was in development, they hadn’t cast Hannity’s foil yet and the show was referred to as ‘Hannity & A Liberal to be Named Later.’
