Wait and see. I am an oldschool Trek fan as you know, but will probably go see this film in the theaters. As a practical matter, my expectations are very low. I see a lot of the standard issue flash and CGI, but I don't get the sense it has real heart. We'll see. Have to admit, though, that as most Trek movies have been only fair at best, the new kids don't really have a very high standard to meet. I dunno . . . .
