One thing that bothers me, looking at all three trailers we have posted on SSC, is that they appear to have 'missed it by that much' when it comes to the characterization of Max. In the original series, he was depicted as a buffoon who truly believed he was the greatest secret agent in the world. No matter how badly he would trip up, he never lost his poise or his confidence. Max was all about misplaced self assurance, and the comedy that naturally flows from it. From what I have seen in the movie clips, Max is insecure and unsure of himself. I'm still hopeful that it won't bomb and no matter how goofy, I love when he says "missed it by THAT much!"
