Sadly and regrettably I didn’t know about Dusty’s passing until now. Vinnie Vegas, you’ve done good to pay this wonderful video tribute to Dusty on your blog. “They” don’t make them like this anymore….No, “they” don’t seek this kind of talent anymore, what a loss.

Dusty is one of the greats and she is missed. She had a bit of a rough life in spots, but she gave us the gift of her music and that will live forever! She passed away in 1999, I think, and she is missed.
They don’t make them like this anymore. It’s so nice to hear a nice song performed by a talented singer. The wonderful arrangement just completes the experience. All rated G, too. So different from the modern era’s screeching lyrics, talentless bums, and hypnotic unimaginative beats.
